Partner Attorney – Consumer

Role Overview

• Responsible for a litigation portfolio in consumer and civil law;
• Drafting all pleadings and legal documents for the portfolio;
• Updating the firm's and the client's case management systems;
• Monitoring case progress and court deadlines;
• Performing other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Law degree; postgraduate specialization in the field will be considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
• Experience with Civil Procedure;
• Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Professional communication and conduct;
• Ability to handle high caseloads and urgent demands;
• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Reliability and consistent attendance.
