Role Overview
- Perform in-depth financial analyses based on historical data to support strategic decision-making;
- Diagnose opportunities and risks within the student base by analyzing financial behavior, retention history, and commercial performance;
- Lead studies focused on revenue growth, such as new product development, upsell/cross-sell strategies, increasing average ticket, and reducing churn;
- Support academic initiatives with a revenue focus by proposing measures that increase profitability through credit purchases, services, or curriculum adjustments;
- Analyze students' ability to pay using internal and external data sources, identifying patterns and segments to inform pricing or concession policies;
- Monitor scholarship budget consumption, assess deviations, propose corrective actions, and ensure the financial sustainability of incentive programs;
- Prepare executive presentations with clear narratives, tailoring communication to the audience (executive board, operations, or partner areas), focusing on revenue, average ticket, delinquency, collections, and emerging opportunities;
- Collaborate with key areas such as Student Retention, Finance, Collections, and Business Units (BUs), ensuring revenue strategies are aligned with institutional objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields;
- Strong analytical skills with large datasets and the ability to structure complex business problems;
- Previous experience in business strategy, market intelligence, financial planning, or related areas;
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation;
- Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Power BI and SQL;
- Experience in the education sector or with recurring revenue models (subscriptions, services, etc.).
