Support the onboarding of new clients ensuring accurate set up within the Brown & Brown system
Manage the RFP/procurement and market-check process for assigned accounts
Assist with contract reviews and PBM contract negotiations
Manage the audit process for assigned accounts
Assist with Pharmalogic reporting including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings
Support and manage any client transitions to a new PBM
Manage the strategic and tactical client relationship thus ensuring retention of clients and associated revenue
Manage MSA/SOWs and subsequent renewals
Manage issue escalation and resolution of any pharmacy related issues
Responsible for the documentation of all key agreements, deliverables and client correspondence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field and/or 3-5 years of relevant Pharmacy Benefit consulting or PBM Account Management experience
Ability to travel as required (up to 15% of time)
Knowledge of both Pharmacy and Medical data
Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel
