About this role
Role Overview
Cold calling, lead research, and networking to find potential clients.
Presenting LTC products and services to potential clients.
Suggesting suitable LTC solutions tailored to client needs.
Educating prospects about LTC insurance.
Engaging with clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
Establishing positive relationships with clients.
Creating own proposals, preparing quotes, sales presentations, and updating CRM tools.
Requirements
BA/BS degree required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients.
Ability to obtain a producer’s license within 3 months after hire.
Prior sales experience in a related employee benefits field.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Time management and adaptability.
