Planning and implementation of network architecture projects in the areas of LAN, WAN, WLAN and Network Security
Installation of cabling routes, mounting of cable trays and laying of network cables (copper and fiber)
Assembly/termination of cables according to plan or sample
Analysis and resolution of network faults (fault analysis, root-cause investigation, troubleshooting on servers, switches and cables)
Support and maintenance of network technology in the data center
Execution of all "Hands and Eyes" services on customer switches and cross-connects
Installation of technical customer setups and configuration of IT components according to customer specifications
Preparation of reports and maintenance of network documentation

Completed vocational training in the IT field or a technical apprenticeship (e.g., electrical installer / electronics technician)
Professional experience in network administration and knowledge of TCP/IP (L2 + L3) and VPN
Knowledge of Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructures
Professional experience in network design and operations (LAN/WLAN)
Familiarity with Cisco network components such as routers, switches and VPN gateways
Ideally scripting skills in Ansible or Python
Knowledge of the SCS cable documentation solution from SightNet
Very good German language skills, written and spoken (level C1)
Driver's license (Class B)
