Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of higher risk relationships across Western Canada
- Structure credits and address heightened risk scenarios
- Perform due diligence and review terms and conditions of credit
- Write ongoing credit reviews and assess risk
- Recommend loan pricing/fees commensurate with risk profile
- Ensure compliant operation of products and services
- Develop creative solutions to minimize risk and support clients during restructuring
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide feedback
Requirements
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics Finance or other quantitative discipline
- MBA or CFA would be an asset
- Minimum 5 years' Commercial Account Management experience managing borrowers with over a million dollars in credit exposure
- Well-developed financial business acumen analysis skills
- Solid relationship management skills
- Proactive approach to building and fostering strong business relationships with our customers and internal partners
