Own operational execution of pricing across CuraScript distribution channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with contracted terms.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Contracting teams to operationalize pricing structures, updates, and amendments.
Ensure pricing configurations align with membership eligibility, contract logic, and downstream billing and reimbursement workflows.
Lead controls and validation processes to prevent pricing leakage, margin erosion, or downstream revenue disruption.
Lead end-to-end vendor chargeback operations, including eligibility validation, submission accuracy, dispute resolution, and recovery timeliness.
Ensure tight alignment between membership data, pricing eligibility, and chargeback qualification.
Own operational readiness for audits, compliance reviews, and vendor inquiries related to chargebacks and pricing eligibility.
Identify and mitigate root causes of chargeback denials, under-recoveries, and process breakdowns.
Ensure data integrity across upstream and downstream processes, partner with Finance and Technology on reconciliation and controls, and drive continuous improvement to reduce revenue leakage and manual rework.
Lead and develop Directors, Senior Managers, and high-impact individual contributors.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management, pricing operations, chargebacks, or pharmacy operations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex financial workflows with material revenue impact.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills spanning Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Technology.
