Analyze complex client requirements and actively contribute to responses to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Define and own the overall software architecture of automated test benches
Establish development standards and technology choices
Design modular, scalable, and long-term maintainable architectures
Work on the development of critical software components and their integration on the test bench
Lead software validation, system integration, and on-site commissioning phases
Provide technical leadership to teams (architecture reviews, mentoring, skills development)
Contribute to the structuring and evolution of internal software frameworks

Master’s degree (engineering school or university) in computer science, electronics, or embedded systems
Proven experience in software architecture design
Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts
Significant experience developing test bench software
Strong technical background in electronics, instrumentation, or embedded systems
Proficiency with National Instruments environments (LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, PXI, CompactRIO)
Operational working proficiency in English is required
Analytical mindset, thoroughness, natural technical leadership, and good interpersonal skills
