Lead the daily operational activities of the Palliative Care Education Programs.
Develop marketing strategies for prospective students for each program in collaboration with leadership team.
Manage Salesforce CRM and Slate database to ensure recruitment initiatives are being met.
Create, maintain, and manage workflows, communications, and processes within Slate to ensure a smooth admissions process for applicants.
Advise admitted students enrolled in the Palliative Care Education Programs.
Maintain and report accurate admission and enrollment data and provide tuition revenue projections to support leadership in effective decision-making and strategic planning for the annual budget and staffing.
Monitor administrative staff performance and provide constructive feedback on their daily duties.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
Four (4) years of professional experience supporting post-secondary education programs.
An advanced degree may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.
Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
Experience with student advising/admissions.
Experience in management supervising employees/administrative staff.
Experience using Canvas.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
