Develop and execute sophisticated pricing strategies that support the firm's business objectives
Apply market insight, historical data, and financial analysis to support pricing decisions
Partner with the Director of Pricing & LPM to evaluate margin performance and identify improvement pricing opportunities
Serve as the dedicated pricing advisor on the firm's most significant and highest-value client engagements
Develop bespoke pricing frameworks for matters involving multi-jurisdictional teams or significant deal complexity
Prepare detailed post-matter financial analyses to capture lessons learned and inform future pricing
Work directly with partners and practice leaders to understand client objectives and competitive pressures
Support client pricing discussions and negotiations as needed
Develop strong, consultative relationships with practice group leaders to anticipate pricing needs
Maintain a strong knowledge of pricing practices across all firm practices

Bachelor’s degree
7+ experience in legal pricing, financial analysis, or a related role within a law firm or professional services environment
Demonstrated experience pricing complex legal work
Strong understanding of law firm economics, including rates, leverage, realization, and profitability
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior attorneys and business stakeholders
Demonstrated experience supporting high-value, high-visibility matters with significant financial or reputational stakes
Ability to synthesize large volumes of financial and matter data into actionable insights under tight deadlines
Strong executive presence and confidence engaging directly with senior partners and C-suite client contacts
Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite, or Microsoft 365
