Leads GRACE financial planning, budgeting, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting
Manages external and internal GRACE grant administration processes
Co-leads global youth initiatives in partnership with Y-USA, local U.S. YMCAs, Area Alliances, and the World YMCA
Supports the design and delivery of global and national programs and events to strengthen organizational capacity and shared learning across the YMCA network
Provides service delivery support rooted in the GRACE Leading Practices to deepen the global engagement of the U.S. YMCA movement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a relevant field such as Business, or related disciplines
4-8 years of experience required
Advanced functional skills
Intermediate industry knowledge and experience
Entry to intermediate managerial skills
Complex/advanced functional and operations tasks
