Role Overview
- Support the analysis and detailing of functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders
- Assist in documenting requirements, user stories, and processes
- Assist with backlog prioritization, organizing tasks according to business value
- Serve as a point of contact between business areas and IT teams
- Monitor progress of work items, clarifying questions and supporting the development team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and cross-team communication
Requirements
- Degree in fields such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas
- Knowledge of requirements analysis and process mapping
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to document requirements and organize information effectively
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, or similar (preferred)
