Role Overview
- Lead the support for clinical and research portfolios
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team
- Define and manage SLAs and OLAs for R&D applications
- Apply innovative thinking for automation opportunities
- Responsible for understanding the impact and value of proposed changes
- Perform Life Cycle Management
- Review application performance and monitor data
- Manage software licenses associated with applications
- Define and evolve the support model/plan for new applications
- Support audits and inspections as required
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Financial Management, or Business Management
- 7+ years of experience as an information technology professional
- Experience and demonstrated competencies in working with teams in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated capabilities and experience collaborating and working effectively in team settings
