Role Overview

• Build, own, and execute the global product vision and roadmap
• Own and grow P&L through new product introductions
• Lead portfolio strategy, pipeline prioritization, and capital allocation
• Balance breakthrough innovation with sustaining engineering
• Establish and track KPIs
• Build and lead a world-class global product management organization
• Partner closely with R&D to guide end-to-end product development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or regulated healthcare industries
• Track record of leading large, cross-functional organizations
• Strong product management fundamentals, highly customer driven
• Curious! Eager to leverage new technologies to solve customer problems
• Able to travel globally, at times greater than 70% as required
