Manage and mentor a team of Demand Planners
Lead with cross-functional partners driving alignment on forecast scenarios
Provide the analysis, the narrative, and the path forward when risks emerge
Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare and lead Market S&OPs and S&OE processes
Play a key role in ensuring product launches land smoothly
Lead cross-CPSO initiatives spanning Global, Intercon, and APAC teams

10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry
A strong grounding in demand planning processes and KPIs
Hands-on experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (SAP BW experience is a strong plus)
Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, or equivalent regulatory environments
Financial literacy, understand P&L, budgets, and how operational decisions translate into business outcomes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
