About this role
Role Overview
Managing hygiene/Packaging regional strategic accounts
Allocates time to optimize results from portfolio of customers
Strategic Sales Role calling on Headquarter sites of multi-plant customers
Acts as liaison between corporate decision makers and local plant sites
Drives and delivers HBF’s commercial goals, optimizing share, price and profitability
Dotted line responsibility for coaching and development of sales & TS personnel
Develops and owns a strategic plan for own accounts
Develops sales funnel for future growth opportunities
One voice to the customer
Consistently applies sales process and use of all sales tools
Anticipates and meets the needs of the customer
Negotiates skillfully for win/win solutions
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, Marketing and sales management (or other majors)
Over 5-year sales experience in serving industrial customers
Open and goal-oriented and good interpersonal skills
Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable
Experience with Barrier coating/Packaging Makers/Hygiene is preferred
Basic English reading and writing skills
