About this role
Role Overview
Respond to guest inquiries using templates and property information
Ensure guests receive access details before arrival
Assist guests with property access issues when needed
Provide recommendations using pre-written responses
Help train and improve our AI messaging system over time
Monitor cleaning schedules daily and weekly
Confirm cleaners arrive on time and complete tasks properly
Review photos to ensure property readiness
Manage inventory and reorder supplies when needed
Process guest resolution claims
Coordinate with maintenance and vendors
Monitor locks, cameras, and battery levels
Review property footage to ensure compliance with house rules
Process vendor payments
Prepare weekly expense reports
Prepare monthly owner reports
Handle ad-hoc data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements
Prior experience in Airbnb or short-term rental guest support
Excellent written and spoken English
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail
High sense of ownership and accountability
Proactive problem-solver (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Reliable and consistent (shows up and delivers every day)
Low-drama, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to follow systems while also thinking critically
Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Guesty or similar)
Experience with messaging tools (WhatsApp, etc.)
Comfortable learning new tools quickly
CRM Management (GoHighLevel knowledge is a plus)
