Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
Oversee store-wide operations by coordinating tasks across all teams
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
