About this role

Develop new business and increase market share in Alberta and Saskatchewan
Utilize relationships and prospect new opportunities within the industrial sector
Educate and train local distributors/end-users on Continental’s products
Implement plans to regularly meet customers and service existing accounts
Participate in trade shows to promote products and services
Maintain knowledge of current industry standards
Use Salesforce.com and other data tools for performance management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
2 years of relevant industrial sales experience or 4 years of industrial sales experience or more if no relevant bachelor’s degree
Competent in computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience in working in an industrial setting
Experience training customers and end users
Ability to use/learn CRM systems
Must be able to travel, with overnight stays, at least 50% of the time
The desired candidate is required to reside within the Province of Alberta or Province of Saskatchewan
Must have a valid driver's license and a valid passport
