Own and evolve parts of the cloud security landscape in AWS and GCP
Embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
Drive security automation across environments, reducing manual processes and operational risks
Act as a security evangelist, influencing engineers to adopt secure-by-default practices
Collaborate with development, SRE, and infrastructure teams to improve security remediation and incident management
Support incident response activities, post-incident improvements, and operational readiness
Contribute to security tools, standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Hands-on experience in cloud security, especially AWS (GCP experience is a plus or willingness to learn)
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and integrating security into engineering workflows
Experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments
Programming experience in Go and/or Python
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to think holistically and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
Advanced English (you will work with global stakeholders). Availability to travel to São Carlos, SP when required.
