Role Overview
- Drive process transformation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management and process transformation for the implementation of Blue Yonder.
- Act as a bridge between Supply Chain, IT, and Analytics teams.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve performance across the supply chain.
- Champion the Operational Excellence vision powered by technology.
- Coach teams in structured problem solving and continuous improvement methods.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with supply chain planning solutions (SAP, Blue Yonder) and digital analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks).
- Strong analytical mindset focused on Lean and Continuous Improvement, value chain optimization, and data/AI-enabled solutions.
- Green/Black Belt or PMP certifications preferred.
