About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect to develop a portfolio of small, owner-managed businesses and commercial assets for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
Build and maintain a trusted relationship with business owners
Participate in the assessment and valuation of businesses and commercial assets (activity analysis, potential evaluation)
Identify potential buyers, qualify them and coordinate introductions
Contribute to building a portfolio of potential buyers
Conduct site visits and support parties during negotiations
Manage cases through to signing (preliminary agreements and deeds of sale)
Provide comprehensive client support throughout the process
Maintain active market intelligence
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transactions (business sales, commercial real estate)
Strong appetite for field work and prospecting
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Good understanding of the corporate environment (B2B)
Interest in new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
Autonomous and tenacious, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
