About this role
Role Overview
Actively prospect to build a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses and commercial assets for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with business owners and executives
Participate in the valuation and appraisal of businesses and commercial assets (analysis of activity and potential)
Identify potential buyers, qualify them and arrange introductions
Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers
Conduct site visits and support both parties during negotiations
Manage transactions through to signing (sale agreements and transfer deeds)
Provide comprehensive client support throughout the process
Maintain active market monitoring
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transactions (business assets, real estate)
Strong appetite for field work and prospecting
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
Good understanding of the business environment (B2B)
Interest in new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
Autonomous, tenacious and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
