Own and articulate the vision for one of the products within LSEG’s global Kubernetes / Hybrid Cloud Platform — ensuring it becomes the foundational technology for delivering real time market data and next generation application workloads.
Shape and drive the product roadmap, defining capabilities that enable secure, high performance, low latency, and globally resilient operation across development, test and live environments.
Partner deeply with senior engineers, influencing architectural and design decisions related to container networking, deployment pipelines, performance tuning, observability, automation, and hybrid cloud integration patterns.
Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring product capabilities are fit for purpose and deliver measurable value to application teams and internal customers.
Guide delivery of new features and enhancements, including design reviews, release planning, testing approaches, and dependency management across complex multilayered environments.
Champion developer and tenant onboarding, creating clarity, removing friction, and helping internal teams adopt the platform effectively as part of their operational transition.
Drive structured problem solving, collaborating with engineering squads, architects, and service owners to address sophisticated challenges across networking, automation, and application integration.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, contributing insights that help keep LSEG at the forefront of cloud native innovation.
Communicate with senior stakeholders, synthesising progress, risks, opportunities, and platform performance into clear narratives.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, advocating for high engineering standards, automation, observability and lifecycle management as code.
Requirements
Product Management experience within cloud platforms, developer experience, container orchestration, or infrastructure product domains.
Strong ability to partner closely with senior Kubernetes / hybrid cloud / network engineers — translating platform-wide technical complexity into clear product direction.
Familiarity with enterprise Kubernetes environments, cloud native networking (such as CNI models), CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, observability stacks, and performance sensitive workloads (technical fluency expected; hands on engineering is not required).
Demonstrable experience defining and owning strategic product roadmaps for platforms that operate at scale and require high reliability, low latency performance, and regulatory alignment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders in fluent business level English.
Proven ability to structure complex problems, make reasoned trade-offs, and bring clarity to ambiguous technical and organisational challenges.
Experience applying modern product practices in Agile environments including backlog definition, outcome-based prioritisation, and iterative delivery using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git based workflows.
