Provide customer service to a portfolio of advertisers through phone and email
Offer solutions to the advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times
Develop and analyze keywords, titles, description, bidding strategies for potential customers to maximize results
Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow the account of the advertiser
Proactively give suggestions to improve the processes and grow the portfolio revenue
Build a professional online advertising campaign for the customers
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field
Successful track record in directly driving business
Highly motivated
Passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing
Creative mindset and good understanding of client’s needs
Analytical skills and a logical mindset
Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
