Administrative support to the sales team, commercial offers and customer communication in German, French
Process customer requests and calls
Support the response to tenders, preparation of the dossier and required documents
Organisation of customer events, congresses, symposiums
Support and follow-up of commercial administrative activities (contracts, pricing, credit notes and similar)
Support and being the local key person for marketing activities and coordination
Requirements
Background education in business and commercial administration preferably within the medtech field
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Full written and verbal fluency in German, French and English, Italian is a plus
Proven capabilities to operate the usual business software platforms, MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP, InDesign, Salesforce CRM, Sharepoint, Showpad etc.
Willing to travel occasionally, to attend internal meetings / trainings or customer events
