About this role
Role Overview
Handling customer inquiries by phone and in writing
First point of contact for our customers regarding tests and analyses
Recording customer information in Salesforce
Processing and resolving customer complaints
Cross-team collaboration with, among others, Field Service and Diagnostics
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a university degree, preferably in (veterinary) medical or scientific fields
Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English
Proficient with common Microsoft Office programs; initial experience with Salesforce is a plus
Motivated and able to work in a large team
Creative and empathetic approach to work; detail-oriented and precise
