About this role
Role Overview
Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling products and services.
Direct TMs in closing opportunities and new account acquisition.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve sales objectives.
Lead efforts for sales plans and action planning.
Direct TMs toward high quality leads and assist in account management.
Develop sales and marketing strategies.
Communicate sales data and assist in planning district meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience required.
A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities.
Proficient computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
