About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling products and services.
- Direct TMs in closing opportunities and new account acquisition.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to TMs to achieve sales objectives.
- Lead efforts for sales plans and action planning.
- Direct TMs toward high quality leads and assist in account management.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Communicate sales data and assist in planning district meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of five years of foodservice sales experience required.
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as customer service and presentation abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, preferably in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
