Field Sales – Sales Manager

Role Overview

• You are the heart and soul of our sales engine.
• You will cover the whole region and be at the center of Flatpay's business development.
• Sell our solutions in face-to-face sales meetings with owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
• Proactively generate your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals, and by leveraging your own network.
• Sell and install as many solutions as possible, at the best possible price.
• Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic about selling
• Comfortable with field-based work and visiting prospective clients
• Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite multiple rejections
• Proactive in planning and identifying new sales opportunities
• Able to work independently and manage your own workday
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Valid driver's license required
