Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing, and repair of MKS equipment and systems
Ensure our equipment are operating normally
Provide basic operational training to customers
Adhere to Field Service processes and operations excellence
Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
Support Sales by providing in-depth technical skills and knowledge
Manage and resolve technical escalations working with management and HQ Product teams
Act with urgency and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and success

Tertiary education in Mechanical/Electronics/Control Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of related Semiconductor experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills (In Japanese and English)
Ability to work independently
Strong analytic, business and interpersonal skills
Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to problem solving
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high tech environment
Chinese communication skill is a plus (but not mandatory)
