Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include: Search and Social, Programmatic, Reporting, Trading & Strategy
Own the client relationship, acting as the daily point of contact and growing the account
Manage a media team consisting of planner/buyers and media executives and managing their workload
Own the account(s), including leading media partner discussions, tracking, and internal documentation such as financial entries and billing
Lead campaign-performance decisions based on client data
Maintain a high standard of quality for reporting and campaign delivery
Assist the Account Director with the strategic direction of the account(s)
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years media experience (digital marketing experience strongly preferred)
Banking experience (client or agency side) is preferable
Strong planning and buying experience across mobile or digital
Wealth of experience across both branding and performance campaigns
Experience managing junior team members including being responsible for their growth
Proven track record of client management
Strong presentation skills
Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding MMP for mobile tracking solutions
Ability to analyze data with an eye for detail to identify client trends and opportunities
Familiar with App Marketing (nice to have)
