ApartmentIQ is a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. They are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to deepen partnerships with multi-family owners and operators while ensuring clients realize maximum value from the product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Own the pre-sale relationship for a portfolio of key current accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Identify opportunities to introduce new ApartmentIQ products to current customers, aligning our suite with their evolving business goals
- Act as a product expert and thought leader, helping prospective clients navigate pain points by deeply integrating our tools into their daily workflows
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure high product health and customer retention
- Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce regarding account sentiment, metrics, and forecasts
- Consistently meet and exceed quota targets
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site business reviews, relationship-building dinners, and national industry conferences
