Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference for producers with a risk-management philosophy rather than price-driven sales.
• Proven track record in Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred.
• Ownership of a book of business preferred but not required.
• State of Texas Property & Casualty Insurance Agent license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU) highly preferred.
• Minimum three years' insurance agency experience.
