High school diploma or equivalent; insurance industry knowledge or experience a plus
Previous telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred
Natural phone presence with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
Strong listening skills to effectively identify qualified insurance prospects
Resilient, positive attitude with the ability to maintain energy throughout the day
Basic understanding of insurance products and customer needs
