Lead the development and execution of business strategic initiatives and software implementation projects.
Work with Solution Advisors (pre-sales) on building software and advisory services pipeline within the CPG industry vertical
Lead the blueprinting / high-level software implementation design phase of projects at key Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing customers (i.e. business process, key design decisions and enterprise architecture)
Build and present recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring insights are grounded in data and aligned with customer business goals (i.e. Level 1 Demos).
Support team leadership in shaping engagement strategy, deliverable quality, and client communications.
Participate in thought leadership efforts, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solution rollouts and strategic initiatives.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and industry insights.
Ensure high quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Proven industry experience leading business teams within a tier 1 Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing organization, and/or 10+ years of experience in management consulting to CPG industry customers
Ability to influence C-Level Executives and proven experience as a ‘trusted advisor’ (e.g. Level 1 Demos)
Tech Visionary: Having exposure to usage of AI/ML to solve supply chain problems, is highly desirable
Strong process modelling skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives and projects in the Life Sciences / Process Manufacturing industry
