Role Overview

• Oversee Technicians through training/retraining, provider visits, field observations, and daily business operations.
• Support Technicians and address any customer concerns and related technical issues.
• Responsible for hiring, training, development, and performance management for their assigned Technicians.
• Manage measure capacity, ensure specialist efficiency, and facilitate sales conversion growth.
• Responsible for supporting store services programs by driving leads and measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in related field
