Oversee the global PVQM function across Welwyn and Basel
Ensure alignment on QMS strategy and oversight of compliance
Manage critical QMS and PV system-wide quality performance measures
Lead inspection activities and document management
Recruit and deploy PVQM resources based on strategic value
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to scenario planning

Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or qualified health professional
Strong experience in PV/safety and/or Quality
Post-graduate qualification in PV, quality management, or business performance management
Significant business experience in PV, clinical quality management, business performance management, or related disciplines
Ability to apply analytical thinking to complex, cross-functional processes
Highly developed communication and influencing skills
