Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Project and SharePoint, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal and external resources across departments to ensure project activities remain on track and aligned with scope and priorities.
Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively adjust scope, resources, and schedules to ensure delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates, facilitating meetings, and ensuring alignment on project milestones and expectations.
Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving resolution through collaboration with stakeholders.
Support new client onboarding and implementation efforts, including coordination of meetings, documentation of requirements, and management of deliverables for large-scale healthcare accounts.
Create and distribute project status reports, track key milestones, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and action items.
Develop innovative approaches to address project challenges, improve workflows, and enhance overall delivery effectiveness.
Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
Partner across business units to support successful project delivery and contribute to broader operational and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Project management experience, ideally with healthcare-related projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, and implementation.
Experience in healthcare administration, health insurance, or TPA environments strongly preferred.
Familiarity with ACA, ASO, and fully insured products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects involving cross-functional teams, competing priorities, and tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, including clients and external partners.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
