About this role

Define ecommerce product vision and roadmap.
Prioritize product backlog based on business impact and ROI.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Own customer journey improvements (product discovery → checkout → post-purchase).
Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
Lead full ecommerce lifecycle (Discovery → Development → UAT → Go-Live → Hypercare).
Plan sprint cycles, releases, and deployment schedules.
Manage scope, timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Business.
7+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in ecommerce project management.
Proven experience in Product Ownership (backlog management & roadmap planning).
Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment (JIRA/DevOps).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
