With your FiCo expertise and clear communication, you ensure that issues are resolved quickly and that our customers feel well supported.
Requirements
A good understanding of business processes and workflows in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
Completed vocational training, ideally with further qualification in business administration or a related field
Understanding of business applications and ERP solutions
Strong interest in IT and technology, with a willingness to engage in continuous learning
Good communication and team skills
Reliable personality with a strong commitment
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to consistently deliver first-class service
Interest in helping shape evolving processes
Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
