About this role
Role Overview
User & Access Management – Create/manage user accounts, assign permissions, and remove access
Devices & Hardware – Configure laptops/desktops, install/update software, track IT assets
Cybersecurity – Manage firewall/security tools, antivirus, phishing protection, and password policies
Data Management & Backup – Administer SharePoint sites, manage OneDrive/SharePoint backups, recovery, and secure file sharing
Software & Licensing – Manage software subscriptions, license tracking, and usage optimization
Email & Communication – Setup, troubleshoot, and manage email systems and archiving
IT Support – Support onboarding of new staff and troubleshoot day-to-day user issues
Vendor Management – Coordinate with IT vendors and software providers
Compliance & Documentation – Maintain IT policies, procedures, and user documentation
SharePoint Intranet – Maintain and update internal company intranet portal
Corporate Website & Social Media – Maintain and update company website and social media platforms
Cloud Deployment – Manage AWS environments including Lightsail and EC2 instances
Automation – Develop and maintain workflows using n8n and manage hosted instances on AWS
Client Project Support – Database Development and Project Performance Dashboards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
3–7 years of relevant IT administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange)
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, Lightsail)
Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience managing software licensing and subscriptions
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n or similar) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to develop custom database application and Power BI/Other Dashboards
