Lead the procurement function within the portfolio of sites on a client account
Develop and execute procurement strategies and lead strategic sourcing
Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Implement operational efficiencies and manage supplier performance
Engage with Client, Account Management Team, Suppliers, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders
Develop and maintain global strategic sourcing roadmap
Manage supplier audits, business reviews and other supplier relationship management strategies
Analyze account-wide data, benchmarks, market research, case studies and processes
Develop and execute end-to-end eRFP’s of varying complexity
Interpret legal and business implications of contractual terms & conditions
Utilize technology and tools to manage document governance and compliance
Actively identify and contribute to improvement projects and initiatives

Bachelor’s degree is required
MBA or related Master's Degree preferred
7+ years’ experience in procurement/strategic sourcing, ideally in facilities-related categories
Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing process and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems
Must possess legal knowledge, ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments
Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data and related documentation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
