About this role

Serve as the primary owner of the REALM CMMS governance model, including standards, controls, and change management
Develop and maintain a formal CMMS data governance model
Design and implement data quality routines, compliance checks, and recurring audits
Own the CMMS change control process related to various asset management aspects
Develop and deliver role-based training for SMEs and Super Users
Partner with stakeholders to ensure REALM supports evolving business and operational needs

7-10 years of experience
Deep experience with CMMS platforms
Proven expertise in data governance, system controls, and compliance frameworks
Experience supporting large, multi-site real estate portfolios across office and retail assets
Strong ability to translate operational needs into scalable system standards and processes
Familiarity with property management, facilities management, and compliance requirements
High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
Bachelor's Degree preferred
