Role Overview
- Assess customer and market needs
- Develop business plans to expand into new market areas
- Monitor business performance including bookings, margins, and market position
- Drive improvements in collaboration with business development and marketing teams
- Collect Voice of Customer insights through direct engagement with customers
- Develop value propositions and validate them with key customers
- Partner with marketing teams to develop go-to-market materials
- Support product launches and deliver sales training
- Develop and execute global and regional go-to-market strategies for adjacent markets
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant Life Sciences field
- Experience in strategic Product Marketing and Business Development
- Experience with end-to-end Cryo-EM workflows in academia or pharma
- Proven track record in developing business cases and managing complex projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
