About this role
Role Overview
Act as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies lifecycle
Execute day-to-day operations of study drug management
Coordinate with vendors for clinical supplies services
Ensure compliance with company good practices and client requirements
Complete ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies
Participate in department project teams
Ask for quotations to vendors and verify them
Interact with other groups and departments for approvals
Follow procedures to place Purchase Orders
Provide insights about vendors processes and metrics of the studies allocated
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent
Previous experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years)
Advanced English and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Adaptive to changes
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer)
Capability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with direct supervision
