Support day-to-day study operation, including patient and caregiver recruitment
Data collection, retention activities, tracking study visits/calls, and data management
Develop and update SOPs and related study documents
Manage research project databases, develop flow sheets and study related documents
Interface with research participants, determine eligibility, and consent participants according to protocol
Approve orders for supplies and equipment maintenance
Assist in developing recruitment strategies, conducting screenings for study participants
Supervise collection of study specimens and processing
Establish case packages for study procedures, monitor scheduling of procedures and charges
Ensure compliance with research protocols, review case report forms, and audits for accuracy
Prepare regulatory submissions
May perform phlebotomy or diagnostics with appropriate credentialing and training

High School Diploma or GED and five years of clinical research experience
Two years of college in a scientific, health related, or business administration program and three years clinical research experience
Licensed as a practical nurse (LPN) and two years clinical research experience
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, health related, or business administration related program and one year of clinical research experience
Master's degree, MD or PhD in a scientific, health related or business administration program
High proficiency and working knowledge of REDCap
