Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business systems
Collaborate with various departments to understand their system needs
Analyze current business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or optimization
Develop and implement system training programs for staff
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Liaise with vendors and manage system contractors
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in business systems

3+ years of supervisor lead experience
Hands-on experience with configurable vendor policy administration systems; experience with C1 or Insurity products is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
Strong understanding of Data Analytics and IT Infrastructure
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Working understanding of the agile scrum process
Experience working with vendor-configurable platforms or third-party software solutions
Basic SQL experience
