Role Overview
Establish and drive requirements gathering activities
Organise and facilitate requirements workshops
Create user personas and user journeys
Creating documentation i.e. use cases, user stories, prototypes, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents
Collaborate with Product Management and Product Ownership team to ensure value is being created and delivery backlogs are groomed and maintained.
Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace.
Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution
Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos and other related team meetings.
Requirements
Business analyst with experience delivering enterprise projects
Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance
Development background and/or knowledge of the SDLC
