Requirements
Proven programme leadership: Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams or international markets.
Analytical excellence: Proven ability to bring structure to unstructured problems, with a strong understanding of how to translate data into actionable strategy (SQL or Looker skills are a plus).
Strategic thinking: A track record of connecting deep-dive analysis to broad business objectives to deliver long-term impact.
