Draft, review, and revise contracts, including but not limited to, sales agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and liabilities.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external parties to achieve favorable outcomes while protecting the interests of the company.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, sales, and finance teams, to address contractual issues and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with legal counsel, procurement, sales, and other departments to streamline contract processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

5 years’ experience in contract management in a corporate/legal environment.
Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including responsiveness, clear and effective communication skills, and ability to form strong relationships with internal teams.
Ability to work unsupervised to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in procurement and CLM softwares, G-Suite and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Willingness and ability to learn about new laws and concepts, internal policies, guidelines, and best practices.
Written and oral English language fluency.
Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM), or experience in a scaling SaaS company, is a plus.
